One of the popular sharing dishes during Chinese Lunar New Year, pre-cooked till confit (melt in the mouth), easy to reheat till skin crispy. Ideal for family gathering or pot luck dishes. Delivery Frozen / Weight: 1.1 to 1.2 Kg (with bone).

(if follow the baking instruction, the crispiness can be achieved, however all subject to the home baking appliance and temperature controls)

    Fully defrost and bake in pre-heated oven 30 minutes at 230°C then every 10 minutes poke the skin till oil comes out, when skin crispy, then can serve.

    Reheating Information

    Reheating instructions from Frozen:

    1. Thaw for 30 minutes at room temperature.
    2. Preheat fan oven at 230°C , process the roasting for 30 minutes
    3. Every 10 minutes, use a fork to poke the skin, to achieve crispiness, to let the oil comes out
    4. Continue to bake at 180°C for 15 minutes
    5. Temperature adjustment may be required.
