Frozen whole piece of Rolled of pork belly 1.4 KG, is one of the popular Chinese Lunar New Year family gathering dishes. It comes into a whole piece (frozen). To make cooking more easier, we prepared the pork roll in our version of "roulade', rolled with chorizo "Spanish spices". Precooked sous vide to maintain juicy and tender. Recommend to serve with our home made cranberry sauce.

(if follow the baking instruction, the crispiness can be achieved, however all subject to the home baking appliance and temperature controls)

Fully defrost and bake in pre-heated oven 30 minutes at 230°C then every 10 minutes poke the skin till oil comes out, when skin crispy, then can serve.

Description: Presentation in vacuum packaging, frozen and stuffed with with chorizo stuffing.

Ingredients: Pork belly, chorizo, paprika, minced pork meat and seasonings

Serving: Estimated 8 slices subject to thickness, Ideal for 6 to 8 persons.

Shelf-life: 1 year from the production

**If follow the YouTube instruction for baking process, you should be able to achieve the crispy skin of the Porchetta.

**Manufactured on equipment that also processes: poultry, lamb, beef, pork,  milk, egg, tree nuts, sulphur dioxide, peanuts, wheat, soybean, celery, mustard, sesame, lupin.

Reheating Instruction

  1. Thaw for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  2. Pre-heat combi fan oven at 230°C
  3. Then place whole piece of pork belly to bake 30 minutes
  4. Every 10 minutes, use a skewer to pork the skin (to achieve crispiness, to let the oil comes out, and cotiinue to bake till skin crispy.

 

Whole Frozen Piecee - Reheating Instructions (Thaw one hour in room temperature prior to baking) 
 

CAUTION: careful when opening the door the oven, because of roasting at hot temperature the oil from the pancetta, may get very smoky and uncomfortable to breath. Suggest to open window of your kitchen if possible.
