Charcuterie

Homemade duck rillette (shredded duck confit meat & fat), pork rillette, shredded pork meat and pork fat, well seasoned. Country pork pâté, made with ground pork meat and mushroom. All are signature charcuterie and hand curated by Chef, Sir Julien Bompard. Serve chilled and enjoy with any toasted bread and pickled onions and cornichons. Most important of all, must be consumed together with Chef Julien’s homemade orange and onion confit as part of the accomplishment to each other. Added on with French Saucisson (French Cured Sausage), best thinly sliced and consumed on its own, same goes with the Prosciutto Ham! Recommend to place the whole collection onto a wooden plank, great for any party gatherings!

 

Presentation: All items packed in a elegant window box 27cm x 27 cm x 5 cm (definitely fits into any of the house hold fridges), plus shredded raffia, ribbon, gift note and tasting note (upon request), and gift carrier bag.

Store: Chilled at +3℃ at all time

Shelf life: majority of the items with shelf-life up to 6 months from the production date.
