Selection of Cheeses: Vegetarian Ermitage Brie, Mimolette, Comte, Bleu D'Auvergne and Emmental.
All cheeses are based on availability and selection by Madam Edith Lai-Bompard. Do try our Signature Orange Confit by Chef Julien Bompard to accomplish with the cheese platter.
Weight: 600 gram inclusive of dried fruits and nuts, ideal for 4 to 5 persons to share
Servings: Consider 60 to 90 grams of cheese per person.

Wine Recommendation
Recommend to pair with a boutique Bordeaux red wine Pierre Jean, 100% Merlot. Very easy drinking soft tannins with medium finishing. Well pair with light creamy cheese to some of young hard cheeses. Alternatively, you can opt for a premium Bordeaux Wine Merlot blend red wine to go along with the tasting platter.
