Weight: 220 gram whole piece (no pre-sliced), recommend to keep in fridge for a few days to dry up more, easier to slice.
Ingredients: A mixture of lean pork and pork fat, salt, green pepper and peppercorn, sugar, spices
Shelf Life: 6 month from the date of production
Serving Method: Cut into slice and serve on its own. (discoloration occurs after shrink wrapped opens), to store, please use aluminum foil to wrap and put into chill temperature 3°C to 4°C.
