Homemade by Chef Julien Bompard with premium French duck liver, marinated with spices and sweet wine and cooked in low temperature, to reach a rich texture call" mi-cuit. A smooth texture, sweet and tarty along with a mild bitter palate from this delicacy. Paired with recommended sweet wine Chateau de Fargues 2005, with the peach and honey suckle palette, perfect combination. Ideal as a gift offering. Product Information

Ingredients: French duck liver, salt, pepper, cinnamon, cumin, sweet wine, paprika.

Weight:  250 grams 

Servings: Consider 50 to 60 grams of serving per person

Store: chilled at +3℃ at all times.

Shelf life: up to 2 months from delivery, once opened, immediate consumption and will last for a week. 

Serving Method: Open the terrine, cut a slice and spread on toasted bread toast.
