Cooked to perfection, blast freeze and garnish with seasonal Chinese vegetables such as lotus roots, straw mushrooms and leafy greens.       Product Information

      Packaging: Delivery Frozen - Presentation in aluminum tray, ready to bake.

      Ingredients: Whole chicken (Boneless, except wings and legs) glutinous rice, dried shrimps, Lap Cheong - Chinese sausages & Chinese mushrooms & dark soya sauce. Seasonal roasted vegetables as garnishes (for decorative purpose only) - all to be frozen and presented in an aluminum tray. Chicken packed frozen i& vacuum sealed.

      Serving: deal for 5 to 6 persons

      Shelf-life: frozen up to 3 months from the production date

       

      Manufactured on equipment that also processes: poultry, lamb, beef, pork,  milk, egg, tree nuts, sulphur dioxide, peanuts, wheat, soybean, celery, mustard, sesame, lupin.

      Reheating Instruction

      Reheating instructions:

      1) Thaw chicken and vegetables in room temperature an hour before reheating*

      2) Remove plastic vacuum sealed before reheating.

      3) Place chicken in baking tray. (fan oven - see symbol for reference) at 160°C / 356°F for 50 minutes to an hour, temperature may various according to size and model of the oven). Vegetables steam to reheat separately.

      4) Ready to serve (otherwise can keep warm in oven at 90°C till consumption.

      *After thaw, must consume within 3 days
