One and only cheese fondue made with French Comte & Swiss Emmental cheeses. Signature by Chef Julien, hand curated (shred by hand) both Swiss Emmental and Comte 5 months (45% fat), added Chardonnay white wine, a touch of maize flour, nutmeg and garlic. Ideal for 4 to 5 persons.

Product Information

Packaging: Deliver chilled in vacuum plastic pouch

Ingredients: Cow milk Gruyère cheese (Switzerland), Emmental cheese (France), white wine, garlic, corn starch, nutmeg (pre-cooked via sous-vide method)

Weight: 450 grams of cheese mixture 

Serving: 4 to 5 persons

Shelf-Life: 6 month upon production (fondue only), rest of the condiments (cold cut, bread croutons and boiled potatoes are to be consumed immediately. These condiments can be kept up to 3 days in chilled temperature of 3°C to 5°C.


Reheating Instruction

  1. Place pouch into simmering water at 85°C for 4 minutes
  2. Then open pouch and pour cheese mixture into saucepan or fondue pot
  3. Add 15ml glass white wine (optional).
  4. Progress from moderate to high heat, stir vigorously till the cheese mixture homogenize and cheese oil fully blend. (is normal to see oil surface)
  5. Lower the heat and bring to your table to enjoy with chunky bread cubes (best stale bread), pickles and dried meat and boiled potato
