Our Braised Beef Cheek is this is best selling main course, slow cooked Australian Beef cheek at low temperature, tender and juicy.  Ideal to serve with mashed potato or roast potato. You can enhance this main course by adding either red wine sauce or green peppered corn sauce from our sauce for main course page. Delivery: Frozen in sous-vide vacuum sealed pouch

Ingredients: one whole piece Beef cheek, *brown sauce, butter, flour, salt, seasonings, tomato paste, tomato concasse, sugar caramel, thyme, bay leaf.

Weight: 250 grams (mash potato is not included)

Servings: 1 person

Store: Frozen at -12 to -18℃, best to thaw 24 hours prior reheating

Shelf life: 1 year from production day
*Brown sauce(vegetarian): maltodextrin, starch, rice, sugar, yeast extract, onion powder, coloring apple, hibiscus, xanthan, spices, citric acid

Reheating Instruction

Reheating (best to thaw prior reheating) *Time and temperature may vary according equipment

Bain Marie: with pouch, 85°C in simmering water, 20 minutes
Stove: Without pouch, pour ingredients into saucepan over moderate heat for 10 minutes, stir gently over reheating process
Microwave: Without pouch, 800W, 3 minutes, stir and serve
