The Brie aux Truffe is the house specialty using Brie de Meaux and loaded with hand blended cream cheese mixture, plus French Black Truffle (coarsely chopped) plus White Truffle Oil from Alba, then layer the divine fillings in the matured Brie de Meaux.
Prior to consumption, do remove the plastic strip which I used them to protect the loaded creamy filling from running out!!
