Product Information

Packaging: Deliver cooked in sous vide (vacuum) pouch, pasteurized & frozen

Ingredients: Medley of mushrooms (oyster mushroom, forest mushroom (brown and white), cream, flour, butter, thyme, garlic, olive oil

Weight: 300 ml

Serving: Ideal for 1 person

Shelf life: 1 year (from Production), store at -18°c

 

Reheating Instructions

In water-bath, sous-vide cooking machine or steamer

  1. Defrost soup pouch
  2. Set the temperature at 80°C (just below simmering point)
  3. Plunge the pouch in water or in steamer for 15 minutes
  4. Remove pouch from the water (be aware of hot temperature)
  5. Open the pouch and serve

Reheat via stove or induction

  1. Remove soup from the pouch (defrost is required), then pour to saucepan
  2. Bring to boil till simmering
  3. Pour to soup bowl to serve

In Microwave

  1. Open the pouch and transfer the soup in a microwavable bowl
  2. Add few drop of water and cover with plastic film
  3. Process 3 minutes at 800W then stir, repeat if necessary
  4. Serve and enjoy
