    Product Information

    Description: Delivery Frozen in Sous-vide vacuum pouch. Ready to bake.

    Ingredients: US Beef Ribs, black peppered, herbs and braising jus. 

    Shelf-life: frozen up to 6 months from the production date

    Serving: deal for 5 to 6 persons

    Size: Average size 1.5Kg (value is subject to change if size is bigger)*

    Manufactured on equipment that also processes: poultry, lamb, beef, pork,  milk, egg, tree nuts, sulphur dioxide, peanuts, wheat, soybean, celery, mustard, sesame, lupin.

    Reheating Instruciton

    Reheating instructions:

    1) Thaw beef thoroughly, and remove the sous-vide pouch, retain the juices/sauce

    2) Place beef ribs into oven proof dish 

    3) Bake in a fan oven at 180°C / 356°F for 45 to 50 minutes. (temperature may 

         various according to size and model of the oven). 

    4) Bring juices to boil, can add red wine (for personal preference), add a knob of butter, bring to boil and wait till jus a bit reduce and serve with beef ribs.

    5) Ready to serve (otherwise can keep warm in oven at 90°C till consumption.

    *After thaw, must consume within 3 days
