Ideal for small group of 6 to 8 persons, this mini version of the Mega platter compose of Pork Rillettes 100 gram and Country Pork Pate with Mushroom 250 gram plus 4 assorted cheese (Ermitage Brie, Emmental, Blue and Mimolette - roughly 130gram each) plus and nuts / dried fruits and pickles plus Signature Orange Confit by Chef Julien (cheese selections are subject to change). Tasting note is available on request.

Selection of Cheeses & Charcuterie: Pork Rillette, Country Pork Pate, Ermitage Brie, Mimolette AOC 14 months, Bleu d'Auvergne, Emmental or Comte 5 months
Presentation: cheese and cold cut in one tray, with cheese tags to indicate individual cheese and cold cut items. The whole tray will be shrink wrapped for freshness. If is for a gift, ribbon and gift card will be offered with compliments.
