Cheese Selection - Introduction
Our selection of cheese is matured and handled by Madam Edith Lai-Bompard. She focuses on gourmet cheese platters such as THE Deluxe Cheese Platter with 5 types of Affine cheeses as well as Mini-Mega Platter composes of 4 types of cheeses and Chef Julien's hand curated charcuterie (Rillette and Country Pate). Is a must order items for any house gatherings or corporate events.
Consider 30 to 50 grams of cheese & 30 to 50 gram of cold cut per person.
Our selection of European cheese platter is presentation on tray Ready To eat (RTE), and give your a great variation. We change our selection according to season and cheese maturity.
