Award winning “Silver Medal” Mont d’, Soft cheese made from raw milk and it from high mountains of Jura. After the cheese has been taken out of its mould, it is wrapped with a "belt" made from spruce bark. The rind may develop white and grey mould spots that can be washed off easily with salt water.
