One and Only Truffled Pâté En Croûte, handmade by Chef Julien Bompard. Composed of traditional pate made with mixture of pork meat and blacked truffle,  plus seasoning and pastry dough and then wrapped with special dough and baked. 

Servings: Cut into slice and serve chilled, Consider 60 per person

Delivery Presentation:  Deliver in whole piece to maintain flavor and packed sous vide packaging.

Weight: 350 grams charcuterie

Store: chilled at +3℃ at all time. Best to consume room temperature whereby the aroma of truffle is more enhanced. 

Shelf life: 5 days from delivery
