ONE AND ONLY!! One of my favourite super creamy "Triple Cream" cheese from Champagne! Melt in the mouth immediately and with light touch of saltiness and a bit of chalky and a hint natural sourish palate.  A cheese can consume together with the whitish rind. Is definitely a Crème de la crème! cheese, richer than Brie de Meaux and Brie, more towards to silky and elegant style. Thumbs up! (of course this piece of divine cheese is hand curated by Madame Bompard "Edith", wife of Chef Julien!! ha ha

Wine Pairing: Premium Champagne or strong white wine is recommended such as Smith Haut Lafitte Blanc 2005 or Ruinart Blanc de Blancs NV Champagne
