The Truffle Feast Collection is the one and only gift hamper features the husband & wife team hand curated cheese & charcuterie and use of “black truffle”. The gift set is composition of Truffle Brie & Truffle Chaource by Edith plus a 350 gram Pâté en Croûte with Black Truffle made by Chef Julien Bompard. 

Inclusive of the following:

    • Truffle Brie one piece, 300 gram
    • Truffle Chaource one piece, 350 gram
    • Pâté en Croûte with Black Truffle one piece, 350 gram
    • Dried fruits 30 gram
    • Dried nuts 30 gram

Wine Pairing:

Option 1: A very light medium French red wine from bordeaux, by Famille de Mour, Cabernet Sauvignon blend with Merlot, very soft tannins, ideal to to along with even soft creamy cheeses, without too overwhelming. Also great combination with the pate en croute too. 

Option 2: Château de Fargues, 2002, small boutique sweet wine from the same region of Château d'Yquem in Sauternes, Bordeaux, France. Light gold, honeysuckle and hint of peach palette, great combination with both cheese and cold cut collection

*Soft cheeses shelflife good a a week, pate en croute best consume within 15 days
