Slow cooked Lamb Shank for 36 hours in sous-vide method. One of the classic and comfort dishes by Chef Julien Bompard.

2 pieces of slow cooked Lamb Shank 400 gram per piece including bone
Ratatouille vegetables 200 gram
300 ml lamb sauce

Delivery: Delivery hot in aluminum tray

Ingredients:  Lamb shank with bone, basil oil, carrots, onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, onion and various cooking ingredients contains oil, salt, pepper, seasonings, butter, garlic, onion, flour, wheat and sugar


In the event, if wish to consume later of the day, please keep chill in refrigerator, and upon consumption, please transfer aluminum tray to oven-proof dish and reheat in oven for 20 minutes for 30 mins at 160°C. If use microwave, medium heat 700W to 800W for 5 minutes.
