Product Information

Delivery Frozen - Presentation in aluminium tray, ready to bake. Garnish with decorative vegetables. Serve with cranberry sauce

Ingredients: U.S. Turkey breast, sage, black pepper, salt, olive oil and butter. Seasonal roasted vegetables as garnishes (for decorative purpose only) - all to be frozen and presented in an aluminium tray. Ready to reheat.

Shelf-life: frozen up to 12 months from the production date

Serving:

  • Ideal for5 to 6 persons

 

Manufactured on equipment that also processes: poultry, lamb, beef, pork,  milk, egg, tree nuts, sulphur dioxide, peanuts, wheat, soybean, celery, mustard, sesame, lupin.

Reheating Instruction

Reheating (best to thaw prior reheating)
*Time and temperature may vary according equipment

Bain Marie / Water bath (Easier method): 

  1. Place pouch in  65°C in simmering water, 45 minutes. (Open the pouch then serve with your preferred vegetables).
  2. Then season the vegetables (suggest pumpkin, carrot, Brussel sprout, potato) and drizzle oil and small piece of butter
  3. Place in preheated oven at 180℃ (356℉) for 20 to 30 minutes (variance according to equipment).
  4. If bake from chilled (thawing in fridge is required) and reheat at  180℃ (356℉) for 45 minutes
  5. remove from oven to enjoy or cover with foil and maintain the oven temperature at 80℃ (176℉), up to 1 hour
    We also suggest to serve with cranberry sauce or gravy.
