Seared US Angus Beef tenderloin serve potato wedges, vegetables, caramelised onion and green peppercorn sauce. Pre-cooked by sous vide  method, easy to reheat. 

Presentation: Presentation in aluminum tray

Weight: 1.4 kg (with garnish) + 150 ml Green Peppercorn Sauce

Serving:  up to 4 to 6 persons 

Ingredients: Beef tenderloin (pre-seared) 800gram,  and seasonings.

Shelf life: immediately consumption

For Hot/Warm delivery: best to maintain in oven at 90℃/200℉ until serving time, without plastic cover, and suggest to cover with aluminium foil

For Chilled delivery: Keep the tray chilled at all time at 0 to 3°C
To reheat: place in preheated oven at 180°C/356°F for 20 minutes to 30 minutes, without plastic cover, and suggest to cover with aluminium foil
