Wine Pairing (Wine and Cheese DUO)
Option 1: Recommend to pair with a boutique Merlot Red Wine, Pierre Jean, a 100% Merlot red wine, medium bodied, easy drinking. Well pair with some of the soft and medium hard cheeses.
Option 2: Premium collection, DUO with one of the rare label from St Estèphe Château Sociando Mallet 1996, blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc gives a much more fuller bodied and more character, great finishing, ideal with some of the aged hard cheeses.
