Wine Pairing: Bordeaux type of wine (cabernet, merlot), Chateau Sociando Mallet 1996, Haut Medoc, medium to full bodied.
Reheating instructions:
- Thaw 1 hour prior at room temperature
- Bake in preheated oven at 240°C (465°F) for 30 minutes.
- Then bake at 180°C (355°F) for 15 minutes
Serve and enjoy.
