Ingredients: Risotto rice, mushroom, mozzarella, seasonings. Tomato sauce: Tomato confit, tomato paste and sauce, herbs.

Quantity: 12 pieces / 1 dozen

Storage: Keep chilled at +3℃ (Recommend to consume when it is warmed up, see reheating instructions)
Shell Life: 48 hours from delivery

Reheating Information

Place the arancini with or without the muffin cup place in preheated oven and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes. Serve immediately

Vegetarian canapé: Homemade Arancini with mushroom and risotto ball. Served chilled as aperitif cocktail bites (chilled) or warm up as appetiser dish.  Ideally to serve warm.
