Deliver chilled: In glass jar, pasteurized

Shelf life: 15 days from delivery date, store at 0 to +3

Serving: 3 to 4 persons

Ingredients: Maine Lobster, (carrot, onions, garlic, tomato paste, celery, tomato) cream, olive oil, flour, butter, Cognac

Manufactured on equipment that also processes:Milk, egg, fish, crustacean, tree nuts, sulfur dioxide, peanuts, wheat, soybean, mollusk, celery, mustard, sesame, lupin.

Reheating Method

In Microwave

  1. Open the bottle and pour the soup in a microwavable bowl
  2. Cover with plastic film
  3. Process 3 minutes at 800W then stir, repeat process if necessary
  4. Remove from microwave (be aware of hot temperature)
  5. Serve and enjoy

On Stove

  1. Open the bottle and pour the soup in saucepan
  2. Place over medium heat, stir or whisk thoroughly
  3. Bring to a boil, if soup too thick, can add a little bit of light cream to enhance the texture, and remove from the stove
  4. Serve and enjoy with gruyere cheese and croutons
  5. To enhance the flavor, more cognac and aioli (garlic mayonnaise) can be added
