French Classical Onion Soup, made with chunky sliced onion, wine and cooked with vegetable stock, one of the most favorable soups in France. How to reheat frozen soup in the quickest method.

Packaging: Deliver cooked in sous vide (vacuum) pouch, pasteurized & frozen

Shelf life: 12 months (from Production), store at -18°c

Weight: 300 ml

Serving: Ideal for 1 person

Ingredients: Fresh Onion, olive oil, white wine, Vegetarian stock, thyme, salt, pepper, flour, vinegar.

Reheating Method

In Microwave

  1. Open the pouch and transfer the soup in a microwavable bowl
  2. Add few drop of water and cover with plastic film
  3. Process 3 minutes at 800W then stir, repeat if necessary
  4. Serve and enjoy
  5. Recommend to serve with gruyere cheese for wholesome enjoyment

In water-bath, sous-vide cooking machine or steamer

  1. Set the temperature at 80°C (just below simmering point) 
  2. Plunge the pouch in water or in steamer for 15 minutes
  3. Remove pouch from the water (be aware of hot temperature)
  4. Open the pouch and serve
  5. Recommend to serve with gruyere cheese for wholesome enjoyment

Reheat via stove or induction

  1. Remove soup from the pouch (defrost is required), then pour to saucepan
  2. Bring to boil till simmering 
  3. Pour to soup bowl to serve    
  4. Recommend to serve with gruyere cheese for wholesome enjoyment
