Brie de Meaux is a French cheese of the Brie region and a designated AOC product since 1980. Its name comes from the town of Meaux in the Brie region and is made from raw soft cow's-milk and named after Brie, During the ripening process its white rind turns brown and develops small red spots. Very aromatic, lightly salted, rich smooth & creamy. We are proud to carry this signature brand of Brie de Meaux with one of the highest fat content creamy cheeses and is national cheese to all. This is the same Brie I used it for my handmade Truffle Brie
