Party Gathering - Signature of the House! Duck leg confit is a traditional dish of the south west of France. Best to eat with roast potato and to serve with red wine from Languedoc in Bordeaux. Packed in sous-vide pouch of 12 packets each leg weighted 220gm, delivery frozen in carton box. Please click video link for reheating instruction.
Reheating Instruction
Reheating based on Oven bake direct from frozen - Set oven to temperature 180°C
- Open each pouch, transfer to baking tray, we suggest to add a slice of potato below the duck legs (not recommend other types of vegetables, as this will moisture the skin of the duck).
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, if bake all 12 pieces, together, best give another 5 minutes baking time, until the skin gets crispy
- Remove from the oven and serve.
