Option 2: Premium collection, DUO with one of the rare label from St Estèphe Château Sociando Mallet 1996, blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc gives a much more fuller bodied and more character, great finishing, ideal with some of the aged hard cheeses.
Option 3: Premium collection of sweet wine Chateau Rieussec 2002/3 from Sauternes, a premier cru from the same region of D'Yquem. Golden color with honeysuckle, mango and pineapple palate, devine and well paired with most of the cheese collections from white to blue cheese in particularly.
