Wine Pairing

Wine Pairing (Wine and Cheese DUO)

Option 1: Recommend to pair with Juliénas Château Des Capitans, Beaujolais, France, a very fruit driven Gamay red wine with good sweetness and long finishing, perfect pair.

Option 2: Premium collection, DUO with one of the rare label from St Estèphe Château Sociando Mallet 1996, blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc gives a much more fuller bodied and more character, great finishing, ideal with some of the aged hard cheeses.
