Brie or Camembert or Comte or Bleu d'Auvergne or Fourme d'Ambert or Mimolette or Tomme de Savoie, Goat Cheese or Pecorino or Saint Paulin or Gruyere or English White Cheddar.
Wine Pairing: starts with a light white wine like Chardonnay or Sauvignon and follow by rich and dense red wine, such as Cote Rotie, Brune et Blonde, E.Guigal 2004 or Petit Village 2006. Finished off a sweet wine such as Chateau Fargues 19954 or Château Malle. If adventurous, can pair with some of our fine collection vintage Port Wine too
Presentation: One tray with lid cover, and cheese with name tag (subject to sizes of cheese, may divide into 2 trays, if needed)

Servings: Consider 60 to 90 grams of cheese per person
