Signature house marinated salmon. Use of Norwegian salmon fillet, and Chef Julien cured the loin and fillet with dill and spices for minimum 24 hours. Salmon fillet became very flavorful without overly greasy. Light touch of sweetness. Available every Wednesday of the week and while stock last.

Servings: Cut into slice and serve chilled, Consider 60 per person

Delivery Presentation:  Deliver in whole piece to maintain flavor and packed sous vide packaging.
