Made with chopped ground pork and mushrooms, seasoned with French mustard and brandy.
Weight: 200 grams and presented in glass wreck jar
Ingredients: Chopped ground pork, lard, mushrooms, herbs, pickles, French mustard & brandy
Serving: 50 grams per serving for each person on buffet or party
Serving Method: Served Chilled, best consume within 2 days after sealed is opened.
Take note: A light discoloring on top may appear after open, due to oxidation, which is normal as it is an artisan product and not industrial.
