One of Chef Sir Julien's latest signature roasted suckling pig with dried sausage & glutinous rice with Franco-Chinese cooking preparations. Ideal for events at homes or offices.
Deliver Hot: We will arrange delivery hot (warm) on aluminium tray with garnish
Shelf life as delivered hot: to be consumed within 3 hours from delivery
- Deliver Chilled: In aluminum tray with garnish . Can be store in refrigerator for next or following day reheating.
- Reheating Instruction: in fan oven at 160℃ to 180℃ for 20 minutes, then use turbo grill at 200℃ for 10 minutes to enhance crispy skin. For better result, can use torch frame to enhance skin stay crispy before serving
- Deliver with garnish of braised vegetables.
