Rolled of pork belly is one of the popular festive dishes. To make cooking more easier, we prepared the pork roll in our signature version of "roulade', rolled with chorizo "spicy sausages,  cooked in sous-vide method and and blast freeze for longer shelf life. 

Preparation Options:
  • Self Collection Hot: We will arrange hot item in aluminium tray with garnish. Shelf life: to be consumed within 4 hours after collection
    Self Collection or Delivery Chilled:  Chilled product will be placed in an aluminium tray (with vacuum bag) with garnish . Can be stored in refrigerator. Easy to reheat at any time.
    Reheating: Reheat directly from chilled,  bake in oven at 160℃ for 30 minutes, can continue to keep hot in oven at 90°C till ready to enjoy the meal. OR place whole vacuum pouch in simmering water bath (Bain Marine) for 20 minutes (recommended version to reheat, helps to maintain meat item tender and juicy!) 

Ingredients: pork belly, chorizo sausages, seasoning, chinese vegetables

Weight: 1.2 kg whole piece plus garnish

Servings: Whole roulade of 1.2 kg can serve up to 6 persons

Oven Bake: After collection, if wish to keep warm use 120°C oven bake temperature to keep warm.
