One of my favourite super creamy "Triple Cream" cheese from Champagne! Melt in the mouth immediately and with light touch of saltiness and a bit of chalky palate if consume together with the rind. Is definitely a cream de la cream cheese, richer than Brie de Meaux and Brie, more towards to silky and elegant style. Thumbs up!
To make the Charouce, you can opt for add on truffle filling, this triple cream cheese becomes more divine and sinful!!
