The fine wine collection is privately owned by Edith and Chef, Sir Julien Bompard, the collections are predominately from Bordeaux selections. The listed vintages are ranged from 1943 to 2008 with labels over 130 plus. These labels were purchased for Le Saint Julien (year 2003 to 2013) and imported directly from the vineyards
Our in house wine consultant is run by Edith, who assisted her husband, Chef Julien setting up their flagship restaurant, Le Saint Julien in year 2003. Recognition for her talents arrived in 2005 when she was awarded Best Restaurant Manager of the Year by Singapore’s annual gastronomic extravaganza, World Gourmet Summit.
In the year of 2011, Edith titled Dame Chevalier by Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne for her devotion, knowledge and passion toward the product of Champagne; and she is one of the fewest ladies has such honored.
All wines are stored in a professional wine warehouse located in Lam Soon Industrial Building in Hillview Avenue, Singapore and well kept under temperature and 24/7 security control. All wines as show in the website are in stock and duties paid.
