Olive oil from variety of the olive "La Tanche". Existing only in the city and area of Nyons. The pressing is made at cold temperature to extract only the best. Olive oil from Nyons has won many awards for it's balance between the fruits and the nut aroma. Nyons is also native city of the family of Chef Julien Bompard.
