Each dish serving size up to 6 persons
Kick off with our signature and ONE and ONLY "Atas" Yu-Sheng Lo-Hei with Angel Hair Pasta with Smoked Salmon and Avruga Caviar, follow by all ready to serve main course (prepared hot) or chilled (straightforward reheating process).

First Course
- "Atas" Yu-Sheng Lo-Hei, consume as its own with house marinated Lo-Hei condiments, then toss the medley of Angel Hair and shredded carrots & radish with all condiments together with the homemade citrus plum dressing! Et voila “Gong Xi Fatt Cai”
Main Course
- Place the main course item into oven proof dish (or maintain existing aluminium tray, replace with aluminium foil cover) and reheat in oven at 160°C for 30 minutes, and maintain hot in the oven at 90°C till whenever you are ready to enjoy the dinner gathering. Alternatively, place whole vacuum pouch into simmering water bath (Bain Marine) for 20 minutes (recommended version to reheat), helps to maintain meat item tender and juicy)!

All items are pre-packed (vacuum pouch) in an aluminium foil for easy self pick up/reheating process at home/office.
