Seared US Angus Beef tenderloin serve with the Truffle sauce. Pre-cooked by sous vide  method, easy to reheat. 

Presentation: Presentation in aluminum tray

Weight: 1.4 kg + 150 ml Black Truffle Sauce

Serving:  up to 6 persons 

Ingredients: Beef tenderloin (pre-seared)  flour salt, white pepper, white sauce). 

Shelf life: immediately consumption

If item is hot upon delivery or self pick up, best to maintain hot in oven at 90℃/200℉ for 20 minutes till consumption time.

If item is chilled, please reheat at 180°C/356°F for 20 minutes to 30 minutes prior to consumption.
