- Deliver Hot: We will arrange delivery hot (warm) on aluminium tray with garnish. Shelf life: to be consumed within 4 hours from delivery.
- Reheating: in fan oven at 160℃ to 180℃ for 20 minutes. Can use torch frame to enhance skin stay crispy before serving
