Melt in the mouth immediately and with light touch of saltiness and a bit of chalky and a hint natural sourish palate. A cheese can consume together with the whitish rind. Is definitely a Crème de la crème! cheese, richer than Brie de Meaux and Brie, more towards to silky and elegant style. Made with French Black Truffle, White Truffle Oil from Alba, French cream and mascarpone cheese.
