Probably ONE OF THE BEST Truffle Brie cheeses in town, handmade by renowned cheese connoisseur madam Edith Lai-Bompard, also known for her cheese knowledge since the era of Le Saint Julien adn La Fromagerie, she is also the better half of Chef, Sir Julien Bompard.

The Brie aux Truffe is the house specialty using Brie de Meaux and loaded with hand blended cream cheese mixture and coarsely chopped black truffle then layer the diviine fillings in the matured Brie de Meaux. 

Prior to consumption, do remove the plastic strip which I used them to protect the loaded creamy filling from running out!! 

Wine Pairing: Premium Champagne or strong white wine is recommended such as Smith Haut Lafitte Blanc 2005
