Mega platter compose of Pork Rillettes 500 gram and Country Pork Pate with Mushroom 500 gram plus 4 assorted cheese (Ermitage Brie, Comte, Blue and Mimolette - 180 gram each) plus and nuts / dried fruits and pickles (cheese selections are subject to change).
Presentation: cheese and cold cut in one tray, with cheese tags to indicate individual cheese and cold cut items. The whole tray will be shrink wrapped for freshness. If is for a gift, ribbon and gift card will be offered with compliments.
Weight: Tray size 40cm x 40cm with total weight 2 kg of cheese and charcuterie cold cut plus condiments (dried fruits, pickles and tomatoes)
Servings: Consider 80 to 100 grams of serving per person or for a group to 14 persons to 16 persons
