from soft, semi soft, hard, semi hard to hard cheese and Bleu cheeses as part of the cheese platter: eg: Ermitage Brie or Camembert, Mimolette, Swiss Gruyere, Comte or Bleu D'Auvergne, or Bleu de Causses or Morbier, etc. All cheeses are based on availability and selection by Madam Edith Lai-Bompard
Wine Pairing: Recommend to pair with a boutique Bordeaux red wine Cadiot by Famille de Mour. Very easy drinking soft tannins with medium finishing. Well pair with light creamy cheese to some of young hard cheeses. Alternatively, you can opt for a premium Southern Rhone of wine, Châteauneuf du Pape "La Crau", Domaine du Telegraphe 2007.
Presentation: On tray with lid and cheese with name tag (Each tray of cheese comes with elegant cheese box and tray. Additional charge for shrink wrapped, ribbon and gift card.
Weight: 500 gram inclusive of dried fruits and nuts, ideal for 4 to 5 persons to share
Servings: Consider 60 to 90 grams of cheese per person.
