from soft, semi soft, hard, semi hard plus one aged hard cheeses and Bleu cheeses as part of the cheese platter: eg: Ermitage Brie or Camembert, Mimolette, Swiss Gruyere, Comte or Bleu D'Auvergne, or Bleu de Causses or Morbier, etc. All cheeses are based on availability and selection by Madam Edith Lai-Bompard. Wine Pairing: Recommend to pair with a boutique Bordeaux red wine Pierre Jean, 100% Merlot. Very easy drinking soft tannins with medium finishing. Well pair with light creamy cheese to some of young hard cheeses. Alternatively, you can opt for a premium Bordeaux Wine Le Clementine de Pape Clement, Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot blend red wine.
