One and only vegetarian Brie, made with pasteurized milk, creamy taste and  with softness paste under a bloomy rind. The famous Vosges milk turns into cheese, according to traditional recipes, gives a particular character which allow to  consumers to appreciate Ermitage quality.

Cheese with pasteurized milk, without any animal rennet, and ideal for vegetarian.  

Wine Pairing: Champagne or a good rich white: Château Smith Haut Lafitte Blanc 2005, a light to medium red Chateau Petit Village 2006 are great companion for such cream cheese too
