Pont-l'Évêque is an uncooked, unpressed cow's milk cheese. Square in shape central pâte is soft, creamy pale yellow in color with a smooth, fine texture and has a light pungent aroma. Is one of the signature wash rinded cheese with orange brownish color. Texture more to elastic & gummy. It is generally ranked alongside with Epoisses, Brie & Camembert as one of the most popular cheeses in France.
