One of my favourite super creamy "Triple Cream" cheese from Champagne! Melt in the mouth immediately and with light touch of saltiness and a bit of chalky palate if consume together with the rind. Is definitely a cream de la cream cheese, richer than Brie de Meaux and Brie, more towards to silky and elegant style. Thumbs up!
Wine Pairing: Premium Champagne or strong white wine is recommended such as Smith Haut Lafitte Blanc 2005 or Ruinart Blanc de Blancs NV Champagne
