Original Camembert made from raw milk that is ladled at least 5 times in intervals of 45 minutes each. This give a typical and fully aromatic flavour to this Vieux Camembert during the maturing process. Our camemberts are aged even more in order to increase the intense nutty flavor.
Wine Pairing: deal to go along with Champagne or a ight Bordeaux Red: Châteauneuf de Pape, La Crau, Vieux Telegraphe, grenache and shiraz based, medium to full bodied red wine
