Original Camembert made from raw milk that is ladled at least 5 times in intervals of 45 minutes each. This gives a typical and fully aromatic flavour to this Vieux Camembert during the maturing process. Our Camemberts are aged even more in order to increase the intense nutty flavor. Recommend to bake the whole piece of camembert and add a piece of thyme, sprinkle pepper to serve as a mini warm cheese dip as "apero".
