The Brie aux Truffle is a cheese specialty based on a French Brie de Meaux with originally cream texture plus add on homemade cream cheese filling with truffle from Perigord, France. The Truffled Brie tasted divine. Each piece of truffle Brie is hand curated by Chef Julien’s wife “Madam Edith Lai-Bompard” also known for her cheese knowledge, as one of the best in town cheese connoisseurs! The creamy filling is one of both couple's recipe made with passion and hand blended till perfect creamy texture, then layer the truffle filling in between the Brie du Meaux.
Prior to consumption, do remove the plastic strip which I used them to protect the loaded creamy filling from running out!!
Wine Pairing: Premium Champagne or strong white wine is recommended such as Smith Haut Lafitte Blanc 2005
